The dear supporting team,

My WP version is 5.7.

first, I install Brizy plugin Version 2.2.11 on my WP, then I also install brizy-pro-2.2.8,

when I click license and optimize Images, then I can see

-> There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Please help me, thank you.

  Hi,

  Did you check the email you receive from WordPress? What does it inform you? 

  Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate the Twenty Nineteen theme? Do you receive the same problem on the Brizy -> Settings -> License?

  If the problem doesn't appear on the site, this means that can be a theme or plugin inconvenience. Therefore, you have to re-activate the theme you had before and then check again the Brizy -> Settings -> License. If the problem appeared again, this means that this inconvenience could be caused by the theme and you can activate all plugins. If after activating the theme, the problem doesn't appear, you have to activate one by one plugin and make the same checks.
