Brizy pro : no activation found for this installation

Hi

I'm trying to upgrade from 2.2.7 to 2.2.8 and wordpress says "no activation found for this installation" My Pro License isn't expired.

Please Help!

  Hi Dan,

  Did you have activate a license key? Could you please check your Brizy account if this license key isn't disabled or if it isn't expired? If it is disabled (you don't see the URL link of the site in the row of the License key) could you please copy it again, go back to the WP dashboard -> Brizy -> Settings -> License and deactivate the existent license? After this, please paste the license key again and click on "Activate". After this, try to update again the Brizy Pro plugin?

  If the license key is expired but you renew the Brizy Pro license, could you please generate a new license key and follow the steps explained before?

  Hi I have the same issue, but I realized I only had my development domain listed, not my live one 

   

  I cannot seem to add a domain for the license key? 

   

  Anyway I am getting this error:

  An error occurred while updating Brizy Pro: No activation found for this installation

  Hi,

  What Brizy Pro package do you have? Do you have the Brizy Pro Personal license? If you have this one, you can activate the license key you have on the Brizy account to 3 sites. Could you please check if you don't activate the Brizy license to the fourth site? Unfortunately, for the fourth site, the license will not be activated.

  Hi I have a "Brizy PRO Personal Subscription" and I only have 1 domain associated {subdomain}.mydomain.com

  How do I add more domains? or root domain.

  Do you have a multisite network? Unfortunately, it isn't possible to activate the Brizy Pro Personal license to the WP multisite metwork.

  Hi Robert,

  Thank you for all details you provide us. What are the actual version for Brizy Free and Brizy Pro you have activated at moment? At the moment, we have the Brizy Free 2.2.17 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11.
  If you have the Brizy Pro license, you can use the same license for 3 sites. Could you please activate again the license key? For this please follow these steps:

  1 - Go to your Brizy account;
  2 - Access the WordPress licenses;
  3 - Click on the license key to open it;
  4 - Copy the entire license https://jmp.sh/TYnBH9R;
  5 - Go back to the WordPress dashboard and access the Brizy -> Settings -> License;
  6 - Here you have to paste the license https://jmp.sh/APqTpnb;
  7 - Activate it.
