Some identical block anchor links work, some doesn't

So, the anchor links in the "pricing table" part works, on click they scroll to the form. 

However, all other block anchor links send the user to top of page. 

You can try it here: Floragora - garden plant swapping and trading - Swap flowers...

Also top menu anchor links doesn't work either. 

How do I solve this, I have spent several hours trying to find a workaround, and can't make it work. 

Please help.

  Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.11 and Brizy Pro 2.2.8? Could you please give us some details about how did you set up the anchor links? Could you please send us some screenshots of this?

  Hi,

  Thank you for the video. We tried to reproduce the issue you encounter but all seems to work fine, see here. Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate the Twenty Nineteen theme? Do you receive the same problem?
