    Update to issue -

I also determined that a 3rd form has the same problem. I have a newsletter subscription form in the footer and it is experiencing the same problem.

    Hi,

Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.11 and Brizy Pro 2.2.8 version? Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem?

Could you please send us a screenshot of how did you set up the form that doesn't send the lead to the email? Did you receive the leads on the Brizy -> Leads?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

yes brizy leads are capturing the info

this link is for the original version which used to work. https://www.loom.com/share/79eac91c58444f3a9623af4f64e43ede

this is the new one, created last week, and noticed it was not working.  so I checked the previous one and found it was no longer working

I deactivated all plugins, except brizy (2), changed the theme from Neve to 2021.  I tested the newer form.  I did not receive a success or failure message, no redirect to a new page, brizy lead WAS generated, no update to sendinblue list, and no email received in inbox.

basically, plugins and theme had no impact on results.

    Hi,

Thank you for all these details and videos. We checked and tested one of the form you encounter that has a problem on submit and found that the action to send the lead isn't sent to the server and for a while, this request is pending. See here. After this, the server returns the 524 error. See here. Could you please check with the server hosting this issue?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I have had several conversations with Bluehost.  Initially, they indicated it was a Cloudflare problem.  Upon discussions with Cloudflare, they indicated that a 524 indicates timeout at the host server.  Subsequent discussions with Bluehost they indicated that it is probably caused by a large amount of traffic.  I wish!!!  They also suggested I upgrade to a dedicated hosting account.  I don't believe any of that. And I won't upgrade because (likely) Bluehost changed something or broke something.   I had them escalate this to a specialist support technician.  I believe bluehost changed something or something is broken.  They also offered that I could delete using Cloudflare.  I might consider this subject to the response I get from the specialist at Bluehost.

do you have any insights about these kinds of issues that you can share?

    thank you

    Steve

    Hi,

Thank you for informing us about all these discussions with the server hosting. Hope you could receive a response from the tech specialist. Till that moment, could you please try to check the PHP version and the WP memory limit? Could you try to increase the WP memory limit?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I have further tested this issue by exporting and importing the relevant pages and forms.  I built another Wordpress site, now hosted on my godaddy account (the primary account is on Bluehost).  I made the relevant edits in the form and tested these pages & forms on the godaddy Wordpress account.  I received the same results.

I believe that this is NOT a hosting issue (at first I thought it was).  is anyone else using the brizy forms experiencing this problem?  Bluehost had suggested methods for making my website more efficient.  But whether that is needed or not I don't think it is relevant.  this is only happening when the forms are triggered.

and in the godaddy example, I did not copy and recreate the entire website, but only the 4 related pages in which 2 of the 4 have the forms.

Maybe it is possible that there is something going on with the forms, maybe from a recent brizy plugin update?

    thanks

    Steve

    Hi,

Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
