    Hi,

    Did you set-up the contact form with the Gmail email notification option? Do you have 2-step verification and a less secure app ON? Do you have an app password that you placed on the "Password" field? We have a useful article on this topic in our documentation. See here. Could you please check it and follow all the steps from that article?
