Brizy cloud updated shown to client, completely reset the page, all changes are lost...

Hi Brizy team,

Maybe you can help me here:
I started building a website for a client and also surely updated it. I know this, because I showed it to the client on the frontend, which only works when you update the page.

This happened yesterday! Now I look at the page after working and changing things for half a day yesterday and all the changes are basically gone. It is reset to the state of Wednesday...

How can this happen? And how can I make sure that it does not happen again? It is not the first time I encountered this happening and it is always quite frustrating...
I need to be able to rely on brizy...

I actually use it quit a lot...

  I need an answer sometime. Usually, this goes quite fast.
  I also researched and found out, that this is not the first time, this happened...
  There are some others who experienced the same issue...

  Hi Robin,

  sorry for not getting back to you sooner. You added the question over the weekend so for this reason we could not answer you sooner.

  Have you ever had open tickets on this topic? I can't find a discussion about this issue in your account. If you are sure that you have saved the changes on the page every time then it is a strange behavior. Are you the only one working on that page? Isn't it possible that someone in parallel saved their version of the changes?

  Hi Robin,

  I'm afraid we don't have any good news for you. I sent your project to a developer but in the logs of the project we only see the history of updates and unfortunately, we do not see what was deleted or what disappeared or see an earlier version. When we implement revisions such cases will probably not exist but at the moment we do not have this.
