    Hi,

    It is a bit strange situation. We checked the MailChimp with our API key and all worked fine. 

    We checked your dashboard and Brizy account and found that you have some many sites with the same Brizy license key. Unfortunately, we don't allow that 2 or many sites have the same license key. Could you please disable the previous license key you use for this site, generate a new license key and activate it in the WP dashboard -> Brizy -> Settings -> License? After this, go to the form and try to activate the API license key for the MailChimp integration.

    Hi,

    Thank you for all these details. I tried to connect the API Key you send us on my dashboard and all worked fine. See here. Therefore, I created a private ticket for this request. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site and send again the API key you used?
    I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Hi,

    This is the public forum and we don't recommend pasting here the WP credentials and the API key but you can't worry about the security. I deleted these details before making your reply public and all is fine now.

    I notice that you have not updated the WordPress version. Could you please update the WordPress to the 5.7 version?
