Wrong popup keeps showing.

Hello,

I have a problem with a pop-up that after saving and publishing it keeps showing a wrong pop-up. The one that comes up is not the same I have saved in the draft and I have now tried to create a new one from scratch and everything but it still keeps poping up the wrong one.

What should I do?

  Hi,

  If you want to publish a pop-up, you have to click on the "Publish" and then on the "Update" button. See here. If it is saved to Draft, it will not be displayed on the preview and live mode. If you see in the preview mode the old pop-up, could you please go to it and save it to drafts?

  I have now once again gone in and when I open it in the editing mode then the right popup comes up but I press update and then preview then it still shows a wrong popup.

  If I correctly understand you created an external pop-up in the Brizy -> Pop-ups. Could you please check what display conditions and triggers did you set for the actual pop-up? But for the old pop-up? Did you delete the old pop-up?

  Could you please send us the URL link of the page where we have to see the pop-up? Also, could you please send us a screenshot from the editor with how should display the pop-up?

  Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6?

  Hello,

  I deleted the popup and also deleted all saved popups and started from scratch so this perticular popup doesn't even exist in the saved list anylonger.

  I have updated to Brizy Pro 2.2.10

  Hi,

  I checked the link from the screenshots and I find that you didn't create an external pop-up in the "Brizy -> Pop-up" but you created an internal pop-up to the button. I checked the buttons from that page and I found that the first 2 buttons display the same pop-up and the last one displays a different one. Could you please delete the site and server cache and try again to update the page with these new pop-ups? If this will not help, could you please delete the entire button and create it again?
