I think there is a problem with the desktop version, because everything works on a mobile device or iPad. My resolution is 3840x2160.

Here is another video about problem: https://vimeo.com/manage/videos/532818723

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I couldn't open the Vimeo links you send us. For both of them, I receive this message.

I tried to check your site on desktop mode again but all is working fine. See here. I tested the site in the Chrome browser from the iMac with iOS. On what browser did you test the site?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Now I have fixed the error. There seems to be a problem with the header.

Thank You a lot for Your time. :)

Hello Sandra, unfortunately, the problem has still not been resolved.

On Microsoft Edge everything is fine, but on google web search engine or on mozilla scrolling the mouse after pressing a button does not work. Is the possibility that it is not optimized for google?

I'm already clueless about it .. Even my brother on his computer and search engine after pressing the button and scrolling to the block does not work subsequent scrolling on mouse.

    Hi Tomas,

Unfortunately, I opened your site but I still can't reproduce this problem. See here. Could you please try to delete the browser cache or try to run the site in an incognito browser mode?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I still can't reproduce this inconvenience on my MacBook, see here, but I asked my colleagues that have the Windows OS on their computer and they could reproduce it. They found that after they click on the scroll bar, all started to work fine. See here

As this inconvenience depends on the OS, we suppose that there isn't a Brizy inconvenience. This can be an inconvenience with one of the activated plugin or the theme. Therefore, could you please check them? For this, could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9 version? Could you also temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate the Twenty Nineteen default theme? Do you have the same problem?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

Looks like I found the source of the problem but I have no idea why I had the problem and everything worked for you. The problem was in the parralax (fixed) settings. After deactivation, everything works fine.

Maybe try checking the parallax afterwards.

Thank you so much for your time.
