Moving Plan

Hi. 

I am currently using brizy.cloud.

I am on the monthly studio plan but would like to move to the annual personal plan. 

Is that possible and how do I do it?

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, at the moment, we can't make the switch from the monthly Studio plan to the annual Personal plan. We can recommend you, to cancel the subscription for the monthly Studio plan and in the next month when the subscription for the current license will be expired, you can get the Annual Personal plan.

  To cancel the subscription, you have to go to your Brizy account and access the Account - Payments and from there to click on the "Cancel Subscription". In such a way, you will not be billed in the next month for this license and therefore, you will be able to get the Annual Personal plan.

  Would I loose any websites that I have already created on the monthly studio plan if I cancel and switch to the personal plan?

  Hi,

  The Personal plan means that you can use Brizy Pro features for 3 sites. Therefore, on switching from the monthly Studio plan to the Annual Personal Plan, you will be able to use the Brizy license key and there the Brizy Pro feature for 3 sites only. If you created more than 3 sites with the Brizy Pro, other sites will not have the Pro features but the content you already created with Pro features will not disappear or lost. They will be there, on the pages, but you will not be able to add some other Pro elements on the page.
