Brizy Template shows up as blank white page
I have a Brizy Template for a "Single" of a Custom Post Type (let's call it, "New Stories"). I am not using the "Edit with Brizy" when creating the single News Story, because the content is supposed to be populated by the Brizy Template. When I click "Preview" everything works just perfect and I see the News Story, correctly populated with the structure of the Brizy Template.
However, when I click the permalink, it just shows me a white page. I've tried many things including:
- Clearing all cache
- Creating and publishing brand new News Stories
- Changing the permalink and visiting the new permalink
Nothing seems to work and I always just get a big white page (as shown below) when viewing the permalink, even though the Preview link works.

Hi,
Could you please give us more details about this "However, when I click the permalink, it just shows me a white page". What do you mean by permalink? If you go to the Custom Post type and click on "Preview" https://jmp.sh/taX86WG, do you see the white page? If all is displayed fine and without any problems, could you please check what URL link is generated? Is it different by the permalink you access?
Could you please give us more details about how did you create the Custom Post Type and the Brizy template for them? A short video will be very helpful.
Thank you!
Best regards,

Hi,
The "permalink" is the technical Wordpress jargon for the public link to the post. It literally says, "Permalink" on the page or post. You can even see on the screenshot that you included in your note there is a section of the right hand sidebar for the "Permalink" and a URL under there that is the public URL for the post, also known as the "Permalink." As noted above, when I click "Preview" it works and I see everything just fine. When I visit the public URL (permalink), it is just white.
I created the Custom Post Type through the standard CPT UI plugin and I created the Brizy templates as normal. I can't include a video for security as I can't have on a public forum my name/company associated with this site.
Thanks,
Kyle

Hi,
Thank you for all these details!
Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce the problem you encounter. See here. Could you please send us the URL link of the Custom post type and a video with this inconvenience from your side? We will delete this information before approving your message and in such a way your data will be saved.
Thank you!

Weirdly enough, I checked it today and it is working. Possibly from the Brizy update. Not sure, but either way, case closed.
