can't export the HTML files

I want to export the HTML files and upload to my own website server, when I click the publish button in the up right coner, then the download now button, but then I was stuck at:

and nothing is downloaded.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message! Could you please check how many pages you have? Normally the export of the site takes 1-4 minutes. If the project has more than 25 pages, the export process can take a bit longer but it will happen, you have to wait a bit more. If the project doesn't have many pages but the export doesn't happen, could you please send the URL link of the project and we will check it https://jmp.sh/NDj8G3w?

  Thank you for the URL link. We checked it and didn't encounter some problem. Also, the export HTML, worked fine and after 4 minutes the project was downloaded to the computer.
