WP crash on open Brizy

Hi,

My client website will crash everytime they try to edit the page with Brizy. can you advice?

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, you have old versions for the Brizy plugins and this can be the cause. At the moment, we have the 2.2.10 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.7 version for Brizy Pro. Could you please update the plugins to the latest versions? 

  For this, I can recommend these steps:
  1 - Deactivate and delete the current versions of Brizy Free and Pro;
  2 - Go to Plugins -> Add new and find the Brizy Free 2.2.10 plugin;
  3 - Install and activate the Brizy Free 2.2.10;
  4 - Install the Brizy Pro and activate the license. In this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360019679472-How-to-install-Brizy-PRO-and-activate-your-PRO-license, you can find how to do this.

  Can I use the same key for Brizy PRO?

  Hi Azad,

  If you have the Brizy Personal license, you have access to a Brizy Pro license key that you can use for 3 sites. If you have the Brizy Pro Lifetime license or the Studio license, you have to generate a new license key for each site you design with Brizy Pro.
