SSL not activated

Hi

I've set up a site on Brizy Cloud and connected a custom domain, elyconsultants.co.uk

It is working fine on http, but the ssl (https) is not setup - this is after 3 days.

The A Record and CNAME are setup, so don't know if I've missed something (all my other domains work fine on https with Brizy Cloud)
