Hello...

I found problem when insert pop up on my external site using button click. i setting it for display condition 1 click to show pop up. But why always must 2x click can show it? this case also happened when close pop up must clicking twice action

  Hi,

  The Brizy Cloud external pop-up was designed to be added in the <footer> tag, therefore, it will be displayed in relation to the conditions and triggers set up in the Brizy Cloud builder. Unfortunately, this means that it can't be placed on the buttons or any other elements from the site.
