CLOUD / import saved layout to new builder doesn't work

Hi,

last year i builded some layouts, and i want to use them but not able to import them in the new cloud structure. i import it, update but when i click on preview, it shows a blank page... 
How can i do to use my layouts again?

  Hi,

  Could you please give us more details about this problem? Did you import saved layouts from the old Cloud project or from the WordPress environment? Could you please send us a video of how this problem is manifesting?

  I tried to open the link you send us but it seems to not be found. See here. Could you please check if it is written correctly?

  hi,
  its in cloud only. i have a video that i recorded but don't know where to send it. between email and here, is a bit a mess for communication. i will start again all the website. but honestly, the communication with support is a bit messy. why dont you have a chat, like intercom... easier to drop files, videos, screens.. anyway gonna build all from scratch cause no more time to wait. thanks guys for the help

  Hi,

  In the beginning, we had live chat support but in time we found that it is hard to maintain and manage with all users, problems, questions and suggestions, therefore, we started to use some professional support platform. If you have a video for us, we can suggest uploading it on a public source like https://dropmefiles.com/ or others that don't have the time limitation and send us the link to download the video.
