    Hi Shilpa,

    Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.10 and Brizy Pro 2.2.7 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem?

    When you open the Brizy editor and find this inconvenience, could you please open the console and send us a screenshot with the Console? See here how you can open the Console.

    Hi,

    Could you please open the Console when you open the Brizy editor? Something like this https://jmp.sh/7IEBPaG.

    Did you receive this problem on all pages or on some certain pages? Also, I want to add that it isn't possible to continue edit with Brizy pages that are already created and edited with the theme or another page builder. You can create new pages and edit them with Brizy.

    I am facing the problem in all pages while continuing with brizy editor. Can't create new page nor open existing page with brizy editor. I have attached the screenshot of Console.

    I'm sorry for the question but want to concretise one detail. Did you temporary deactivate all external plugins and activate the Twenty Nineteen theme? Do you notice the same problem?

    It is a hosting/server issue.

    Error: The server is sending the header X-Frame-Options with the value DENY this means that it is forbidden to load this site in an iframe. The server must send at least the value SAMEORIGIN.
