Background Image not showing

  Hi,

  I checked the URL you send us and find that the scrset of the image isn't set correctly. See here. Seems that between https://vanessaannelawson.com/ and wp-content/ (from srcset) are some white spaces and for this reason, it can't display the image. Could you please, delete this image and try to upload it again?

  If you still have this problem, could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme?

  Hello Sandra,

  Thank you for your reply. The plugins are updated to the last version. I also deactivated all plugins except for brizy and changed the theme but I still get the same error.

  Hi,

  Thank you for these details. Could you please give us more details about how did you upload this image? Could you please delete it from Brizy builder and WP Media Library and upload it again?

  Also, as a test, could you please add another image in the background and check if it is displaying well? Do you receive this problem only on this page?
