Role bug
HI,
I have a couple of problems with the assigned roles. I have a brizy pro licence
1.
I have invited 2 emails to an account with role manager. one can edit the project, the other one cannot. the user can login to the dashboard, but when editing the project, gets a bad request error.
I tried to change that users permission level to designer and back again, but no difference.
2.
the manager role should be able to invite new contributors, but cannot. he is prompted for re-authentication. In fact, the manager cannot even see who are the members on that account.
Is there any way to log an official ticket or is this forum the only support method?

Other than that. I do love brizy. it is most certainly the fastest landing page builder and basic website builder with the blogging feature. keep up the good work.

Thank you for all these details. Could you please send us the email of the user that you invite as a manager and he encounters all these inconveniences? Also, could you please indicate the subaccount name where you invite him to?

yes i most certainly do not wish to expose the emails.
the subaccount in question is CdB
the email who is currently a designer, but even if raised to manager cannot edit the empty project is [Deleted by Brizy Customer Support]
the other remaining gmail user was set up as a test. this user can edit the project, but cannot invite others nor see who is member, despite the manager role.

Could you please set the manager role to the aa***rg user and ask him to accept this invitation? After he will accept the invitation, let us know about this and if the problem will still be manifesting, let us know and we will check this problem.

The user is already approved.
do you want me to simply change his role from designer back to manager or delete the user completely and resend the invite?I am happy to experiment, however this is a customer of mine I'm trying to convince of brizy cloud over a full fledged wordpress install.
I already deleted the account and resent the invite before writing here.
If you say something has been done in the backend and it should work now, i will contact my customer again, but just for the sake of trying, i rather not repeat what has been alteady tried.Hope you understand.

Thank you for your message. You said that you encounter a problem when setting theĀ aa***rg user as manager. Unfortunately, we can't check the problem you encounter if this user has another role. Therefore, will be helpful if you will change the role of this user from designer into the manager. Therefore, you have only to change the role. After this, let us know and we will continue our tests.

The user is now manager again.
Fyi.
The problem exists with this particular user account regardless if he is designer or manager. He cannot edit the project.Thanks for looking

I can confirm now that the account is working as expected.

Here was an inconvenience with the account, on the validation process happens something wrong and for this reason, appears this problem. Unfortunately, it can't be fixed from the user side.Best regards,
