Brizy cloud-delete uploaded images

Hi Brizy team

I have followed all of your guidelines on how to improve my website performance however it is still loading very slowly.
(I have also deleted plug ins not in use.)
I would like to know where are the images I'm uploading or how to clean up the uploaded image? Can I clean the media library from the images I don't use anymore?

  I'm sorry for the late response. I have to consult with our developers regarding this question.

  Could you please inform us how did you publish the Brizy Cloud site? What method did you use? Could you please send us the URL link of the site? We want to check it and its performance. In addition to images, the performance of the site depends also on the number of pages you have on the site, the number of blocks per page, external code you may add, custom CSS and other details.

  If the site is published on our hosts (Custom Domain or Brizy Subdomain), therefore, it isn't possible to delete the unused images. At the moment, all of them are stored in our servers but our team are working to improve this aspect. They are working on the functionality that will automatically delete the unused images from our servers but for this, we need a bit more time for investigating and testing, therefore, I can't promise that it will be done soon.

  I am a Brizy cloud lifetime user, is it now possible to delete unused images or files from Brizy cloud?

  Also, I would like to ask you about the feature you mentioned before： "They are working on the functionality that will automatically delete the unused images from our servers but for this, we need a bit more time for investigating and testing, therefore, I can't promise that it will be done soon."

  It has been more than 2 years and still no update on this feature?

  Please let me know if there is any way to delete images, pictures, files on brizy cloud that are no longer in use.

  I'm sorry, but the feature you are looking for is not available at this time. We understand that this may be disappointing, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  While we do not have a specific timeline for when this feature will be available, please be assured that we are aware of this issue and should be addressed in one of our future updates.

  Until then, if you have files that need to be deleted, please send us the URL, so we can delete them for you.
