I create two accounts with different licences that I'd like to merge.

  Hi,

  Could you please inform us of the email you want to merge and in what accounts do you want to save? I suppose that you know but anyway I want to concretise that in the merge process one account will be deleted and the second one will be saved and will have the licenses from the first account. You can send these details here and if you don't want to make them public, let us know and we will delete them from this your reply before approving it.

  Also, I want to ask you if on the account you accept to delete, do you have some Brizy Cloud project created? Unfortunately, we can't transfer them to the account you want to save, therefore we will ask you to transfer them manually.

  For transferring a site from one account (e.g. X account) to another account (e.g. Y account) you have to:
  1 - Log-in the Brizy account you want to export the Brizy Cloud project (log-in the X account);
  2 - In the X account invite as a team member (with manager role) the Y account;
  3 - Access the email you created the Y account and accept the invitation;
  4 - Log-out from the X account and log-in with Y account;
  5 - Being in the Y account, now you have access to the Y account projects, therefore go to subaccounts and select the one of the Y account (that one where you are a manager);
  6 - Go to the project you want to export;
  7 - Open each project and add them in the "Saved Layouts";
  8 - After you saved all pages, go to your account, where the Y account is the owner;
  9 - Create a new project;
  10 - Create a new page and add the layouts you recently saved from the X account.
