Brizy basic plugin disappeared

Hi. I am a Brizy Pro lifetime subscriber. In the past week or so, the basic Brizy editor plugin just disappeared from my WordPress account. When I try to add it back, the installation fails. I have tried this several times under different conditions and still the installation fails. FYI - My Brizy Pro plugin is still there (ver 2.2.6) and still activated. Please help. Thanks.

  Hi,

  Could you please deactivate and delete the Brizy Pro plugin from the WP dashboard and then try again to add the Brizy Free version? Can you add and activate it? After you activate the Brizy Free, upload and activate the Brizy Pro too.

  If you deleted the Brizy Pro and you still can't activate the Brizy Free plugin, I can suggest going to the FTP and delete from there the Brizy Free plugin and upload the new version there. See here a reference about how to update a plugin using FTP.
