Incorrect page view

Good day, I installed Brizy WordPress Plugin Free and after saving and clicking on the Preview button, only a blank gray page will appear. I also have OptimizePress installed.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.10 and Brizy Pro 2.2.7 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem?

  Hi Sandra,

  I just installed a brand new installation of WordPress 5.7 and Brizy Free 2.2.10. I deactivated all pugins and the problem is still the same :-(

  I noticed that there is a warning in the installation details: This plugin has not yet been tested on the version of WordPress you are using.
  Another possible problem could be if the plugin downloads some data from foreign servers (other than Czech). This is blocked by the hosting provider and the server URL would have to be entered manually and allowed.

  Hi,

  I checked your site and especially the page you reported the problem and found an error related to the theme you are using. See here. Could you please change the theme with a WP default theme (Twenty Nineteen), clean the site cache and check if you receive the same problem?

  Also, could you please go to the Settings -> general and check if the Site URL and WordPress URL have the same address and they both are set-up with the HTTPS? See here.

  I have done all the steps and the status is still the same.
