  Hi,

  Could you please describe to us how did you create the pop-up? Could you send us the URL link where you added to display some pop-ups? Could you indicate where we can find them?

  If it is a WP site, could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.10 and Brizy Pro 2.2.7 version?
