    Hi,

In the mobile and tablet mode, it isn't possible to set-up or to change the link. The links are set-up in desktop mode and it is applied to all device mode (table and mobile mode too). Do you encounter a problem with the preview mode? Did you set the link in desktop mode? Could you please send us the URL link of this page?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

We are having the same issue. The Desktop link for the button works but the same button for tablets/phone is different and we cannot figure out how to change?

Just FYI, this site was just taken from a STAGING url to a LIVE domain name and a search and replace for those instances were completed on the WP database. To confirm, are all Brizy settings stored in the WP DB the usual way? Why wouldn't a search & replace catch this?

    Hi,

Could you please send us the URL link of the page where you encounter this problem? Do you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9? Could you please delete the browser, site and hosting cache?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

Could I please concretise some details? Did you encounter the problem with the button style or with the button links? I asked this because the previous user said about the button link but in your case, I noticed that all is working fine.

If the problem is in the button style (I notice that in the desktop mode they are squared but in the mobile mode they are rounded) then I can confirm this inconvenience. this happens only with the predefined blocks. To solve this problem, I can suggest adding new buttons element and re-style it from scratch. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

it's the button link. it's different when in responsive mode and the wrong link. we tried a search & replace and it didn't catch this for some reason. the link is find when viewing in desktop mode, but if you view on iPhone the link is the old hosting link...

    Hi,

I checked again the site and the button from the header and I find that it is the same URL in desktop and mobile mode. See here. How did you add this link to the development site? Did you add it fully (e.g. https://site.com/submision)? If you added it fully, then the URL can't update it on the new domain name because it is something like "hardcoded". Could you please try to re-add the URL link? Also, could you please try to clean the browser and site cache?

    Best regards,
    Sandra
