Failed to deactivate Brizy Pro WordPress plugin license key
I have a lifetime Brizy account. I have a problem with Brizy Pro in wordpress saying that "License Key Not Found".
I've disabled and deleted the old license key from my Brizy account dashboard and generated a new license. But the old license can't be deactivated from WordPress and I can't enter a new license key.
I've tried uninstalling and then installing the Brizy Pro plugin but the old license key just won't go away.
When I click Deactivate in WordPress I keep getting the message saying "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."
How can I deactivate/delete the old license from my wordpress dashboard so I can enter the new license?

Hi,
Could you please go to your Brizy account and click on "Disable" for the old license of this site? In such a way, the old license will be deactivated for that site. After this, copy again the new license (make sure that you opened it and copy it fully) and go to the WP dashboard. Deactivate the old one and activate the new license. Do you receive the same problem?
Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6?Thanks!
Best regards,

Hi Sandra,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6.
I've done the steps that you told me but every time I click the "Deactivate" button, I keep being taken to a page that says "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."
I have tried deleting Brizy Pro and Brizy Free, which led to to a messy website, but when reinstalled, Brizy Pro still remembers the old license key.
Is there another way to remove/deactivate the old license key?
Thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site and the new license key you want to activate on this site? Thanks!
Best regards,

Hello,
I'm having this exact same issue, can someone help? Our Brizy Plugin is white labeled as Sportsman Creative on a customers website and this morning there was a message saying 'Sportsman Creative Pro is no longer running, please update to the latest version'
We did that and were have some other weird issues where the site was acting as if it didn't have a pro license activated so we deactivated it's pro license (from the Brizy dashboard) and deleted it. Generated a new license key and went back to the site to activate the new license key on the word press site. Problem is, the WP dashboard won't allow us to deactivate or remove the old license key in order to activate the new one.
I tried clearing cache in my browser in case this was a localized issue but can't seem to figure anything out to make it work. Please advise.
Thank you!

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing.
To ensure everything works as expected, please update both Brizy and Brizy Pro to the latest versions:
Brizy Version 2.7.1
Brizy Pro Version 2.7.0Once updated, try reactivating the license key again. The latest versions include important fixes that should help resolve the issues you're currently facing with license activation and Pro features not being recognized.

If the problem continues after updating, feel free to share temporary login credentials so we can take a closer look for you.
Kind regards,
Ariel H.0
