Brizy WP Plugin: https://domain.tld/page-name/?brizy-edit leads to Internal Server Error (500)

Brizy Base Plugin ver: 2.2.9.1 

Brizy Pro Plugin ver: 2.2.6

 

1. Created a new page (with title and [tried both] empty/not empty body).
2. Published the page.
3. Clicked on "Edit with Brizy".
4. Got this error message for the page with the following structure
   https://domain.tld/page-name/?brizy-edit
   :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The pages I initially imported can be edited with Brizy.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the plugins, no luck.

Two hours lost.

How am I supposed to solve this problem?

  Problem solved. Somehow tweaking with the permalinks changed the .htaccess file (# BEGIN WORDPRESS section) which made newly created pages not accessible (WTH).

  Works now.
