  Hi,

  Could you please check if you are log-in Brizy Cloud with the same Brizy account where you have the Brizy Pro plugin? To have access to Pro features in the Brizy Cloud, you have to log-in with the Brizy account where you have the Brizy Pro license.

  If you are using the same account but you still not have the ability to connect the Form with the ConvertKit, could you please send us the URL link of the project you encounter this problem with and also the email of the Brizy Cloud dashboard you use to log-in there.
