Brizy Cloud SSL on subdomain / Font Issue

Hello! 

We just published this site on brizy cloud and we have 2 issues

http://valsamoggia.mysurable.it/

1) Fonts seems not to be published, falling back to default font (chrome)

2) The SSL certificate seems not work: this site is linked to a subdomain (cname of another website) there's no A record. Is this a problem? How can we fix it?

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message and all these details.

  1 - Could you please inform us what font did you set up the text to? Did you use the Lato font? At the moment we found a similar problem with Lato font and already informed our team about this problem. They are investigating it and find a solution for it.

  2 - We checked this site and found that the Cname isn't set-up correctly. As you can see here, the connection isn't established. Could you please check if you followed all these steps to connect the Cname record for this subdomain? Also, could you please send us a screenshot of how did you set-up the Cname record?

  Hei Sandra, thank you for your quick answer

  1 - Yes we used lato, we just switched the font. Is this problem affecting also wordpress?

  2 - yes, we used a different and wrong way, updating DNS with this new steps, i'll let you know

  1 - No, this issue happens only in the Brizy Cloud. In WordPress, all is working fine.

  2 - Thank you for updating us regarding this. Great to know that you set up now the Cname record following our suggestion.
