Website crashing after brizy pro installation

I was having no issues with my sub domain brizy pro installation and then I upgraded to liftime brizy pro and uploaded to my domain and now my site keeps crashing. very unfortunate now my customers are not able to access web page. PLEASE HELP ... sure wish you had a phone number so I can talk to a live person
