    Hi,

Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.10 and Brizy Pro 2.2.7 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem?

How did you create the pop-up? Did you create in the Brizy -> Pop-ups? What triggers and display conditions did you set? If the pop-ups you created are internal, to a specific element from the page, could you please indicate on what elements did you set the pop-ups?

I checked the URL you send us and I find some inconveniences from the Vimeo video. Is the video you want to display on the pop-up public? If you remove it, is all working fine?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Yes,  I'm using the newest version for Brizy.  I'm also just using the Brizy Starter Theme, to keep it lightweight.

Yea, the issue is on the member's pages where we have many videos populating multiple popups.  The rest of the pages powering the site are loading fine and not eating up the browsers resources/cache.

The all the popups created with Brizy's popup builder.

A mix of Buttons and Icons trigger the popups.

Yea, if you remove all the popups with videos, the browser resources/cache doesn't balloon up.

The link I provided: https://enduromtbtraining.com/dashboard/mtb-pro-monthly-test/ is a public link for testing.  The member's pages with videos, which we have around eight are membership based so there are restrictions on who can see those pages.  The Vimeo videos are only able to play on our domain, to keep people from sharing the videos also.

It seems like the videos are all loading (not playing) chewing up memory.

    Hi Chad,

On the page are too many videos that load the page and this makes it require too many system resources. Also, on the second test of your site, we encounter that on the page are also video uploaded from the CDN. See here. Could you please check this problem also with the server provider?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Sandra,

Thanks so much for the replies.  Yea, I ended up splitting up the page, so I had fewer videos on each page.

    I do have one question.

If I use a cover image for the video, will the Vimeo video still try to load like it is?  or will it not load until the user clicks on the video.  I'm not using cover images for the popups that house the Vimeo videos, so I was wondering if I create cover images if that would save on resources if the cover image stopped the Vimeo video from loading its own cover image.

    Thanks for help,

    Chad

    Hi Chad,

Thank you for your reply and feedback!

Unfortunately, if you add a cover image for the video element, this will not make the videos load in a different way. They will load in the same way and the only difference will be that you will have a custom cover image for the video.

Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
