Site Settings, Social Share details, Favicon are missing

Hi, I add details for Site Setting like Site Title, Site description, Site Favicon, Social Sharing details etc and saved them. When i close the settings, update the site and come back to settings, all those fields are blank. This is happening in newly created site.

I checked in preview output and none of those details are present.

  Tried Clearing cache, resetting browser (Chrome). still facing the issue.

  when i see the source code, only the favicon, injected code are available.

  It works in MS-Edge. compatibility issue with my favorite Chrome.

  Hi,

  We checked the link you send us and seems that the details you set up in the settings of the Brizy Cloud project are saved on the site and all is working fine. See here. I checked the site in the Chrome browser.

  Regarding these settings inside the Brizy editor. Could you please Save settings (as you do in the video) -> Update the page (as you show us in the video) -> and Refresh the page (tab). You can also, exit the project and then enter again. Do you see the same inconvenience?

  Hi Sandra, Thanks for the response.

  when I edit these settings in Brizy with Chrome, they are not saved. When edited with Edge browser, they are saved. 

  As you mentioned, they are visible in both browsers when published from Edge.

  I tried updating my chrome, reset it, refreshed, restarted my system and it did not work in Chrome. So, this has to be checked by your dev team for Chrome browser compatibility.

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the problem you reported. For testing, I used the brizy Cloud site and set-up the Site Settings and Social sharing settings in the Chrome browser. See here. In the video on the <title> tag, you will found that it is displayed the "Sandra's site | Test page 3". Here the "Test page 3" is the name of the page where I checked these details.
