Issues with the form builder

I am having an issue with my form builder. When I click on the icon to set up the integrations, the page just loads and loads. I have tried clearing my cache, using different browsers (chrome and safari), deleting the integration (ActiveCampaign), and nothing works. I need to get this page up yesterday, so any ideas here?

  Hi,

  Do you have this inconvenience in the Brizy Cloud or in the WordPress environment on the Brizy pages?

  If you encounter this problem on the Brizy Cloud, could you please send us the URL link of the project https://jmp.sh/NDj8G3w you encounter?

  If you encounter it on the Brizy pages from WordPress, could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?

  Hi Sandra, 

  Deactivating the plugins temporarily seemed to work and I was able to get the connection with active campaign set up. Thank you for all your help.

  If you temporary deactivated all plugins and all started to work fine, seems that one of the plugins from your list has an inconvenience with Brizy. To identify what is it, you can activate one plugin, go to the page, refresh it and check if you receive the same problem. If you receive the primary problem, then the plugin you last activated is in the inconvenience with the Brizy and we suggest keeping it deactivated. If you don't receive the same problem, you can go to activate another plugin and make the same steps.
