Form Styling?

Having an issue where the form doesn't render the same between the admin view and the live view. Admin view looks mostly fine, live views tosses an extra green down icon on the select box, and the select options get cut off at bottom of the block?

Checkboxes for this form show two (one white, one dark gray) next to each other on live as well (not shown below). Doesn't appear to be a plug-in issue, I'm using most recent version of Brizy Pro. Can't see that any custom css is causing it either (removed it all and still got the same issue).

  Hi,

  Thank you for the URL, now all worked fine! Unfortunately, I didn't find any Brizy error. Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? 

  Also, could you please go to the General -> Settings and check there if the Site address and WordPress address are the same and both of them has the HTTPS https://jmp.sh/pBzYHd1?
