Issue with Brizy Menu and WPML
I discovered a problem when using a Brizy Template and the WPML Language Switcher.
The Language Switcher works with Pages created with Brizy, however it does not work correctly with regular Posts.
With Pages, the Language Switcher links to the translation of the page.
With Posts, the Language Switcher does not link to the translation of the post. Instead, the Language Switcher links to the first post.
Explanation:
Spanish Post 1 links to English Post 1. However Spanish Post 2 links to English Post 1. Spanish Post 2 should link to English Post 2.
Sincerely,
Bradley

Hi,
Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.5 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro and WPML) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem? Could you please send us the URL link to a post to check this issue?
Thank you!
Best regards,

Hey Sandra,
I have updated and tested with:
Brizy Free Version 2.2.10
Brizy Pro Version 2.2.7Can you please provide me with an update on getting Brizy to work with the WPML Language Switcher for Posts?
Why was the private ticket #10873 closed and given a status of Solved?
Thanks for your time and support!

Hi,
The message sent by Natalia is still available. At the moment, our developers are working on this issue and we don't have any updates regarding this. When it will be solved we will inform you. Unfortunately, I can't say when it will be fixed by we are striving to release the fix as soon as possible.
The ticket you mention is closed due to inactivating there but this doesn't mean that we stopped working on the issue you reported. As Natalia said, the issue is already created and our team are already working hard to solve it as soon as possible.

Hi Brizy Crew,
Many months have passed by, and lots of great work has gone into Brizy. Thanks!
However, I haven't seen any improvements or updates with this particular issue.
With Posts, the Language Switcher does not correctly link to the translation of the post.
Thanks again,
Bradley0 -

Hi Brizy Crew,
Unfortunately, it appears that the Menu situation has actually gotten worse.
A recent update of Brizy caused a problem with the WPML Menu Language Switcher.
Brizy 2.3.24
Brizy Pro 2.3.17
WPML 4.5.2
This screenshot from the WPML settings is no longer working with Brizy:
