Pro version is not working

I have the paid Pro plan but when I try to add something it ask me to upgrade to pro version and does not let me to do that.

  Hi,

  Did you receive this inconvenience on the Brizy Cloud or in the WordPress environment?

  If you receive it, in the Brizy Cloud, could you please check if you log-in Brizy Cloud with the log-in you use for the Brizy account where you have the Brizy Pro license? If you do so and you still don't have access to the Pro features, could you please send us the email you use for log-in Brizy Cloud and the project you encounter this problem? You can send here these details and if you don't want to make them public let us know and we will delete them before approving your reply.

  If you receive this problem on the WordPress environment, could you please make sure if you activated the Brizy License key? In this article, you can find how to activate the Brizy License key on the WordPress environment.
