    Hi,

I'm sorry but at the moment, we don't have any other method to display the Brizy pop-up embed code. To display it you have to insert the embed code in the footer part of the site. If it is added in the header or body, it will not be displayed correctly.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi, thank you. I try to insert the code in the footer (Wordpress site), but it also doesn't help. On the Cloud popup editor I have some server error behind the popup area and also I cant use the display condition ("please upgrade to PRO") but I have the plan for 3 website.

    Hi,

Yes, at the moment, we have a problem with the Brizy Cloud external pop-up and our team are already working to fix it. The same we know about the problem on the Display Condition. We are working on these problems and will strive to release the fix as soon as possible.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
