    Hi,

Here you can find a list of available integrations and how to integrate them with Brizy: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043670132-Contact-form-integrations- I hope some of them have an autoresponder service so you can use it. Also, you can find some videos on our Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DP-mhmu3m8&list=PLSWJ3G5dn_5iT34MC0bSm7XLpKFTqGwTx&ab_channel=BrizyWebsiteBuilder

What it lacks and is absolutely VITAL is to have TOGHETER a NOTIFICATION (this is usually sent to ADMIN) and an AUTORESPONDER (this is usually sent to SUBSCRIBER).

Although now it's possible to send notifications at the same time to more email addresses, this does NOT fix the problem, as these notifications must have quite different content:

ADMIN notification will be something like: "New lead added - NAME... and so on", while

SUBSCRIBER notification will be: "Thank you <subscriber> and so on.

This is absolutely the normal way a form app works. It would be greatly appreciated if you would add the way to setup separately NOTIFICATION and AUTORESPONDER.

The only way to do it now is setting up some external third-part service, but this adds a time consuming layer and probably an unnecessary expense for service, that could be easily avoided with this default setup.

    Hi,

In the form settings, you have the option to enter the email address where to receive notifications when someone has completed your form: https://jmp.sh/k3VoK7h The AUTORESPONDER can be done with a third-party service but you can also use a redirect on a Thank You page where you can display the text for the subscriber "Thank you... and so on".

From what I understand, you want this option to be in default form and to be dynamically filled in with the subscriber's details, so I'll add this to our list of feature requests.

Hi, do you know if this ability to send notification to to admin and to user will be coming any time soon? totally cool if your form is basic and not planning on it, given there are a ton of plugins that can be used for this like gravity forms.

Also could you explain how with brizy to use a third party service or is that like adding the plugin gravity forms?

    thanks

    Hi Edgar,

At the moment we are not planning to add the auto-responder feature to Brizy Forms. If you are using an Email Marketing provider like HubSpot, GetResponse, Mailchimp. ConvertKit, you can setup autoresponder with them.

Like you have mentioned you can also setup autoresponders with a form builder plugins like

    1. WP Forms
    2. Ninja Forms

Each form you build would have a shortcode associated with it. On a Brizy page, drag and drop the shortcode element and copy paste the form shortcode into the element
