Can the pro licence be transferred to a different wordpress website once it's been activated.

Can the pro licence used on a wordpress staging website?

  Hi,

  Yes, you can transfer a license from one site to another one. For this, you need to log-in to your Brizy account -> Licenses and find the license key you want to transfer to another site. Then, you have to click on "Disable" to deactivate the license from the site. The next step is to copy the license (click on the license to open it and copy it fully), go to the dashboard of the second site and activate it there.

  Yes, you can generate and use the Brizy license for the staging site.

  I tried to delete the key:  *** from the WordPress Licenses but your system advises:-"This license cannot be deleted"What do I do?

  Hi,

  You can't delete the primary license key and I suppose that this is your primary license key. For this reason, you can't delete it. For transferring it to another site, I suggest to disable it from the previous site (by clicking on "Disable" https://jmp.sh/6L5p5Zl not "Delete"), copy it fully and then add in to the second site.

  Yes I did this but I got the following message on the site I tried to activate it on:

  "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

  I do not wish to share the address here is there a private way to do this?

  Could you please send us a screenshot or a video of how this error appear? When you copied the license key, did you click on it to open it fully and then copy it https://jmp.sh/TYnBH9R?
