Contact Form Answer Customers

Hi
When i receive mails from my customers from contact form i can not answer them back from the mail that they sent my. i need to copy their email to a new message for them. how do i change that? at the moment if i answer the mail from contact form i will answer my wordpress contact formular instead (if that is even possible)... please help. I use the wordpress mail and sent to outlook.

  Hi,

  Yes, at the moment, it isn't possible to copy automatically the email of the user who sends you the lead because you receive the message from WordPress. Also, the method you select to connect the form is the WordPress notification and for this reason, you receive a notification from the WP about a new message. If you want to have the ability to send answers easier, I can suggest connecting the Contact form with a Form integration app we added https://jmp.sh/BARhNdx.
