Can't download HTML

Hello, My client is asking me for a backup, and it seems I can't export the HTML files for my project. After keeping waiting for over 5 minutes, this appears, but I still can't download HTML, Thanks for your help.   Hi,

  Thank you for all these details. 

  We checked the site you want to export in the HTML and find that it has 52 pages and for this reason, the export takes a bit longer than normal but it downloads as you can see in this screenshot. Could you please wait for it a bit more?
