Brizy Builder Plugin Not Working on Wordpress

I have built a webpage using Brizy and now when I go to edit any content, option to edit with Brizy Builder is not active. The whole site is affected.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have activated the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6? What were your previous actions before appearing this problem? Did you try to edit with Brizy a page that was already created with Brizy? Could you please send us a video of this problem?

  Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?

  Hi, 

   

  Yes, the current Brizy (free) has the latest version 2.2.9.2.

   

  I previously have need experience this issue. 

   

  I build site pages with Brizy free from scratch. 

   

  Please advise how I can see through the video ... 

   

  And I have temporary deactivated all external plugins and active Wordpress default theme and experienced the same problem. 

   

  Kindly assist in getting the matter resolved. Looking forward to your positive feedback.

  Hi,

  At the moment, we have the 2.2.10 version for Brizy Free. Could you please update to the latest version and check if all is working fine?

  If you still found this problem, could you please send us a screenshot or a video with this problem? You can install and create an account on Jumpshare and make a video of how you reproduce this problem or a screenshot with this problem. This will help you t better understand the inconvenience as we can't reproduce it on our sites.

  Hi,

  Thank you for the video. Watching it, I found that the Frontpage you try to edit with Brizy is already edited with the WordPress editor. Unfortunately, with Brizy isn't possible to edit the pages that are already created with the theme, another page builder or WordPress. You can create new pages and edit them with Brizy.

  Thanks for your response. Though these pages were initially created using Brizy, not Wordpress editor or another page builder. Brizy just stopped working. Is there an explanation for Brizy page builder to stop working?

  Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
  I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

  But firstly, could you please check two details more? Could you please go to the Settings -> General and check if there you have the same URL for the Site URL and WordPress URL? Does both of them have HTTPS? See here https://jmp.sh/pBzYHd1.
  And the second details, I want to check, could you please go to the Settings -> Permalinks and check how did you set-up the links? We recommend selecting the "Post type" option. See here https://jmp.sh/pBzYHd1. Could you please check it, then Save the changes and check again the Brizy editor.

  Thank you for your feedback.

  Site URL is the same as the Wordpress URL. As for the permalinks, "Post Type" option isn't available. Kindly advise on that ...
