    Hi Dennis,

Can I know which version you upgraded from? If you manually update Brizy plugins do you get the same error when you activate them?

I tried updating the Brizy Pro plugin manually, but it gives this message:

Fatal error: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.2.5". You are running 7.0.25. in /home3/opendoo2/public_html/core/wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro/vendor/composer/platform_check.php on line 24

Our website host is HostGator, and I confirmed they are running PHP 7.4.15.

OK, I broke the site b/c I tried updating the Brizy (free) plugin without saving the previous copy. Help!
Opendooronline.com is looking really badly without Brizy working, and I can't figure out how to correct our site to recognize the server (HostGator) is running a newer version of PHP.

And, again, is there support available? The last time I had a similar issue a few years back, a tech support agent went in, and saved the day. A little over a week ago (the first time I posted), I had HostGator restore a backup, so our site would work again, but that did not correct the issue.

Note: I am using a Themefuse site built with Brizy. The apparent PHP discrepancy is preventing backups and updates from working.

    Fixed.

The fix is also added in our next Brizy release.

    Regards, Natalia
