what to save a block with the Heart symbol.

Hi, can't sign in from Brizy prom when I what to save a block. I get the message, "Incorrect username or password". And when I typ In my e-mail for resetting I get the message "Failed to reset password"

I would very much like to save my blocks for fast an easy use. I have been able to do it before.

  Hi,

  Do you receive this inconvenience in the Brizy Cloud? Are you log-in to Brizy Cloud with your Brizy account? Unfortunately, in the guest account, you can't save blocks and you have to log-in to Brizy Cloud with the Brizy account (email and password you used when log-in Brizy account).
