Hello,

I have searched far and wide for a solution and this is the last place. 

I created a website on a staging subdomain then uploaded it to the cloud then downloaded it on the main domain with brizy cloud. 

On google search SEO the links are https://flyrenegadeair.com

when you add the www preface the website doesn't work. but when you type it without the preface. 

Any idea where to look fo a solution will be welcome.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry for the late response. For some reasons, your post was sent into the Spam folder and for this reason, it wasn't visible by Brizy Support. Now, we recovered it from Spam and checked the URL link.

  When we added www, the link was redirected to the non-www and the site was opened fine without any errors. See here. It is normal behaviour.
