number of files generated by brizy

I have 132 images in my wordpress media. I know WP creates some unnecessary versions of the image files, but when I count the number of files in brizy folder,  it amounts to more than 4000. How is this necessary, and is there a way to limit that?

  How did you get to this number? Are all media elements created by Brizy? Could you please send us some screenshots?

  BTW: please make sure you have latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.9.1. and PRO 2.2.6
