Slider and Mobile version is not working right

Hi, I have some issues with the site of a client. When I am loged in at Wordpress and I open the site everything works fine, but if I open it in any browser when I'm logged out the sliders are not working and the Lightboxes too. On a mobile device (iPhone) it's also not working right it looks completely different than in the brizy-editor.

  Hi,

  Could you please give us a screenshot of the problem you encounter on the slider and lightbox? I checked it and all seems to work fine. See here.

  Regarding the mobile slider - I found 2 issues. About this one, the team already fixed it and in the next updates, we will launch it. And the second one, the team is already informed and start to investigate it. When we will receive a notification from the team regarding these issues we will inform you too here.

  Hi Sandra,

  thank you for checking and the quick response. Today I tried to fix the problem and found the bug. It was the Cookienotice (Cookiebot-Plug-in) that caused the problem. I deactivated it now, maybe the team could also put it on the list for the next update, so that Brizy works with it.

  Hi,

  How was manifesting the problem you encounter? Could you send us the video or some screenshots? What problem was solved when you deactivated the Cookie notice plugin? Could you please send us the URL of the site plugin or from WordPress? I checked now the site and all seems to be the same as 17 hours ago.

  Hi, sure here a screenshot with the not working sliders. Yes the problem was solved when I deactivated the plug-in. Right now it is activated again but the settings were set to a minimum, so I don't know the Plug-in is even working right. Here the URL of the Plug-in: https://www.cookiebot.com/de/

  Hi,

  Thank you for these details. I checked the site and found that the cookie bot pop-up is displayed and the sliders are working fine on the iOS phones. See here. How did you set-up the cookie bot and what options did you de-selected?

  Hi,

  Yesterday we released updates for Brizy Free and Pro and launched the fix for the problem you encounter on the slider. Could you please update Brizy Free and Pro to the latest updates and check if all is working fine? At the moment we have the 2.2.9.1 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.6 for Brizy Pro.
