Site Error

Hi there, I am trying to access one of our sites and I am getting the following error

Please can you let me know what needs to be done to resolve this.

Also, please delete this post once resolved - why can we no longer make "private" support requests?

  Hi,

  Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.9.1. and PRO 2.2.6? 

  We create a private ticket only if we need personal data. All other posts are added here in the community. If you don't want any of them to be public, just let us know.

  Thanks, I can’t access the site at all/wp admin so I have no idea which version is currently active on the site. Pretty sure Pro was live but unsure of the version.
