My contact form not working

The contact form has quit working. It used to work and I'm not sure when it stoped. I was tried recreating it using both wordpress and gmail and I keep getting the same "YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT" message when I try and test it.

  The form is not working because there is seems to be an issue on the server configuration. Our requests are returning this error from the server https://jumpshare.com/v/10g7qptLZ4d70w9Wa5Fg with a direct link to the troubleshooting page - https://github.com//PHPMailer//PHPMailer//wiki//Troubleshooting ; Please, check the Less Secure apps option - it should be disabled; Also, pease, contact the server provider and check the SMTP port.
