Hi,
Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.9.1, Brizy Pro 2.2.6 version and WordPress 5.7? Just now I checked the White Label and found that when is clicked the "More" option, doesn't display the "About Brizy". See here the video.
Thanks!
Best regards,

Hello, Sandra
Yes. WordPress, Bridge and Bridge Pro are all the latest versions you mentioned. I haven't installed any plugins or themes other than Bridge and Bridge Pro.

Hi,
The Korean language is a beautiful language but unfortunately, I don't know it. In your video, you displayed how it is displayed the "About Brizy" when you have activated the White Label. As I don't know the Korean language, I used Google Translate to help me how will be "About Brizy" in Korean and it generated this translation "Brizy 정보" and I notice that it is more different than you have displayed in the video.
Therefore I translated the "About test" (as you changed the Brizy name with the test one) and I found that it is exactly what you have displayed in the video.
Consequently, I didn't find any problem and can conclude that the WhtiteLabel worked fine and didn't display the Brizy name.
P.S. I also noticed that you have the Google Translation extension activated for the Brizy editor. I kindly recommend deactivating this extension because it will affect and delete all the text content you have on the Brizy page. When you are in the editor mode, the text can be deleted or modified and the principle of working for this extension is that it hides the current text and replace it with the translated one. Being in the editor mode, it tries to translate the text and therefore delete the text but it doesn't know where to insert the translation. Therefore, you lose the text you inserted. For this reason, could you please deactivate it at least for Brizy sites, especially for Brizy builder?
Thank you!

Hello, Sandra
I am sorry for confusing you with insufficient explanation.
Currently the menu name is displayed as "브리지 소개", which should be "test 소개". "브리지" is the Korean notation for "Brizy". And this has nothing to do with the Google Translation extension. It looks the same in browsers that don't have the extension. Besides, with the extension running, all other English will also be translated.
So I installed the Loco translate plugin and removed the Korean translation entry "브리지 소개" for "About Brizy". Then the white label is properly applied and it is displayed as "About test". What I want is to show up as "test 소개", but anyway, I've found that the Brizy's Korean translation and the Brizy Pro's white label feature conflict.
It would be great if you make the Brizy Pro white label to work well even with Brizy's translation applied.
Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you for all these details. I informed our team about this inconvenience and they will investigate this behaviour and problem. Seems that in the Korean Language Brizy is interpreted as "Breeze" which isn't correct and we suppose that this can be a problem. We will investigate this problem and when we will have some notification, will inform you too.
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0
